The Nugent family have been involved in the childcare industry for over 25 years. Initially operating numerous Childcare centres at Aspley, Bellbowrie, Yeronga, and Underwood. Just prior to the collapse of the ABC empire Childcare, businesses were changing hands at alarming rates and very high prices. It was then we realised that an opportunity existed for a Childcare Brokerage division as part of our Real Estate business.

Although we are still active in the management of 2 centres on Brisbane’s Northside, we are now focused on assisting both owners and buyers to enter this industry through Australian Childcare Brokers.

Paul Nugent has 34 years in real estate. Ann his wife has been active for 18 years. Mark Nugent who has joined us recently has had many years experience with some of the city’s larger agencies and was previously Australia’s Number 1 commercial agent for L.J. Hooker Ltd.
